Schmincke pastels

I just wanted to let everyone know that there is a woman, Susan Clinkscales, who sells Schmincke for $2.25 a stick for open stock and she sells sets of 160 colors for $395 (they are normally around $500). She gets them straight from Germany but she usually has one of everying in stock. I just bought quite a few from her as this is a very good price. You can email her at clinks@starcomm.net and she will be happy to help you. It is slower getting them from her, but about half the price.

I sent Susan an email well over a week ago asking for an updated price list and am still waiting for a reply http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/frown.gif I don't see her auctions on eBay anymore, either.

Anyhow, to anyone else reading this: Susan is a great source for Schmincke. I purchased my 180 box from her for $399 last year and she is highly rated as a vendor on eBay. $2.25 is a darn good price for open stock Schminckes too.

Susan is a busy girl, I think she goes to college and works, so it took some time to get my order but it was worth waiting for. I also have some friends who just left for Germany and they are going to email me from an internet cafe in Berlin or Hamburg and let me know how much they Schmincke's are there. I might have them bring back a bunch!
