LeFranc and Bourgeois is a French company that manufactures two lines of acrylic paints, among other things. FINE is their artists' line and Louvre is their student/hobbyists line. They have a fair amount of information available online, including color charts for both lines.
I've tried only the "Flesh Tint" color in the Louvre line (the only one available in my area). It's a little more fluid than Liquitex Basics and this particular color is a good base for Caucasian skin tones.

Might as well use this opportunity to ask if anyone knows of any brands that were missed out that have a web presence? Tri-Art for example I would like to include but they don't appear to have a homepage to speak of.

Actually, Holbein has an acrylic line - Acryla. Cheap Joe's sells it.
And, Caran d'Ache has a small line of 46 colors.
And Savoir-Faire, makers of Sennelier products, also has several lines of acrylics. But it doesn't appear they have much information online, just descriptions of each line. Lascaux is their artists' line.
