This is 24" x 24" acrylic on canvas, I just completed,
not quite my usual style,

And that is an eye full of colour. I really like the lower left area. This is the most cohesive of the painting.

It is very "musical" looking to me! Very cool!

Very powerful, stylized and excellent! You should be so proud to successfully break into a new style!

All your comments, make this diversion from my usual works, all worth while,

I really like the fact that this is "not your usual style". What is? The colours are really diverse and there is a bit of texture which is interesting. I envy all of those out there who are not colour blind like me. I work from the basic palette using probably a bit more colour theory than is normal. It doesn't detract from my enjoyment of art, not one iota.
Hey do some more in this style Mick. Kind regards...

MMMmmmm. I like this!
I also like the musical conotations therein too (at least to me!).
Being a colour-lover myself, I definitely respond to this :D

To follow Eyeful of colour, I done the one below,
24" x 24" again, I thought I'd add it to this thread instead, of taking up another space on the list,
"Tunnel of Colour"

Really enjoy your use of color. What fun! Are you using the heavy bodied acrylics to get the effect you achieved?

Yes but they're not as thick as I'd like, sometimes I Paint these
with the canvas flat on the table, in case it runs, :D
