View Full Version : Making pastels

Hello! I was just wondering if it was possible to make pastels from scratch using found materials or things that are at least moderately accessible, as opposed to a kit. It's mostly just a whim, but I find using tools and materials that I have created myself makes the experience and piece all the more magical. Heck, if you know how to create any art medium or something similar, I'd love for you to share. Thanks!
