Hi all,My third painting ever I did most of this today , it needs to be touched up.....(and NOT gessoed over at the last minute like I do  )...but I am happy with it this far.
The colours are not that good in the pic,due to flash and the effect of the digital camera.
I was aming for the effect of a small flower, deep in the grass....

Was thinking of putting some tips of grass along the bottom?
What do you think?Any CC would be great.

Thanks!

Hi ,Thanks for your comments.
I used to do a lot with colour pencil and Soft Pastels.

It's one of those hobbys I had ,that type of got put aside when 'real life' butted in. (Work, marriage, kids etc) It has literally been YEARS....17 actually since I last sat and 'created' seriously. (stopped at 18)
Now my children are at school and I am only part time at work..so now have time to dabble.

Oh it's so wonderful! I really love the boldness and almost has a Georgia O'Keefe feel to it. Really lovely, don't change a thing!
