It's a fair likeness of the maestro.
I would make the shadow on the right hand side of his face less intense, as it looks as if he's got sideburns.

Wonderful painting! I agree about that shadow,but you did such a great job on the suit and that microphone! Keep painting.

I agree about the shadow being too intense and I think old Frank might have the corner of his mouth turn up in a slight grin. Just one man's opinion...

I agree with the comments on the face and I do feel the face is the weakest part of the painting BUT I think it's just highlighted more because everything else is sooooo perfect!
