Inspired by the photo and painting of Dave I just had to have a stab at this.
Acrylic on board 10 x 12 Alla Prima from photo (RIL)

I also did an oil earlier if anyone wanted to have a peek, just click here. (http://www.wetcanvas.com/forums/showthread.php?t=283678I)

Hi Wayne,
This is the third interpretation of this refererence I have seen in the last couple of days Dave's and Moosehead's (http://www.wetcanvas.com/forums/showthread.php?t=283414). Yours is more impressionistic with great movement in the clouds. Very interesting to see your approach to this one, thanks for sharing.

I love your color in this one. There is a good sense of movement in the entire painting, I can almost feel the wind blowing. If you don't mind my asking, what colors are you using?

Beautiful fluid movement here, the paint just flows! - on screen, almost like oils!

Love the richness of the flowers - very successful ......and oh! how I wish I could paint that quickly!

This is a beautiful one! I love the highlights and shadows in the driftwood, and the big bold brush strokes in the sky. It's my kind of painting.

Hi Wayne
This is great, another unique version which shows what makes art so special. It is the taking of what is felt inside and placing it on the outside for others to see. Style, Interpretation, expression, call it what you will but each persons is unique.

thank you Sandy, Jan, Carol, Gay, Marureen, Cedar, & Dave.

Gay & Maureen, glad you enjoyed the flowers. I was very happy with them.

Dave, yes, not everyone sees the same apple when they look at the only apple on the tree.
