a poem I copied into my book last week (title is the same)

Someone tell that kid not to throw rocks!

...oh, storm cloud?

Love that faceted feel of your work, Amy! It always brings to mind what someone told me years ago: "Don't change the color until you have to, don't change the direction of the line until you have to"

hey bri,

thanks.

leaving a detail, and remembering to place the "please do not alter imagery" deal. sigh.

hi mame,

just ran the kids off to the bus and I see you posted at the same time as me. the object is a cloud, cloud being utilized as ominous entity. thats abut it.

Amy, I like this a lot. It's making me laugh. A baby version of W.C. Fields. What is it at the bottom?

gotcha. great contemplater, i.e., psychological layers the viewer can percieve (or pretend are there) and respond to in his/her own mind.

kid seems to be in an ore cart
potentially just pulled from that mother vein below
ominous cloud hover rock feels to be of the same material
but it's been liberated
I'll join the choir singing bout those graphite strokes
has the feel of mineral striations
great piece
nice to see your work again

Good work Amy. I really like the use of the eraser.
