I did the watercolor underpainting en plein air as seen from my sister's balcony. I somehow never went back to finish it from life. So here is the finished pastel over WC as I finished it about 10 min ago. It took me about an hour here and 20 min at South Padre. 9x12 Pastel over Wc underpainting on Arches cold pressed paper 140 lb. "Gulf Coast atSea Mist". BillF
