Pending approval

I uploaded some pictures for the library a few days ago and they haven't been approved yet. Whereas others after me have been approved. I was wondering if there was a problem? Not taking it personally, just wondered why?

The pictures I speak of in the above post were uploaded on July 2, and I'm wondering, they might have been lost becasue that day the site was down for a while. If that is the case I can upload them again if I know for certain.
