Thanks, Dnip. It is a jpg file. I've done this lots of times, and this is the first time it has not worked. I have requested that this thread be deleted. Thanks for offering to help.

Victoria, the problem is with your name of file. Rename it and leave out the # sign, the -, and the spaces. I doubt the size is the problem.
