Some fun with ballpoint pen and a little painter enhancements and fixes. This is my first shot at going crazy with a ball point pen. I love the nervous energy of the lines.

Is this for the project? I like the pose you have chosen for this. Very nice!

Indeed! Its for both Micheal's sketchbook and babybreath's fantasy creature. Two for the price of one.

BTW, did you ever get that UNIX box you talked about getting? I wanted to hear your opinion about GIMP.

We are lacking a few pieces yet to get it up. It might be a while. The more visits I make to Sourceforge, the more I want to give it a try.

I need to get busy on my entry! I signed up and then had insta brain dump.

Hi dhenton:
Really liked your wizard illustration!! Great pose and use of scribbled lines (cross hatching). I have done a wizard in ink too. You can view him by visiting my web site. I love the fantasy art stuff!!

Did someone say the GIMP??? I used to use it on my Linux system, but now that I don't have that anymore:( my bro found the Windows version for me.:p Its a little tricky to get used to some of it because its arranged differently from typical windoze apps. I hear that it rivals photoshop, but I have never used that.

I'll find the link for downloading it if you'd like.
The one I have is close to 12MBs when packed in a zip file.
