If you are referring to the figure's girth, in some cultures it is a sign of wealth/success. Just clarifying my intention/symbolism.

really? gee, i learned something new today ;) ... how about the table(?) in front of the figure? what does it symbolise?

o, i almost forgot to say...kinda like the colour scheme and technique...the subtle way you used both to achieve coherence in yr painting, which is neat :clap:
