:) your puppy dog is beautiful. I like the way your strokes are heavier in some areas and fade away in others. While looking at the ears and thinking about how soft and floppy they are I thought that I might make a suggestion of something that you've probably tried before and that is just rubbing softer the edge between the darks and the highlights to help with that soft and floppy look. mjk

Good job Animal. It is wonderful. I love the dog's eyes. I'd like to see this in watercolor. Give it a try. It is really a nice picture.

Lovely soft expression and very typical of the breed. I like this very much ... you handle the pencil and detail very well.

You might try experimenting a little sometime using a kneaded rubber eraser to "lift" highlights out ... getting just a little more contrast in the larger areas across the arch of the skull and down the muzzle ...

Not sure if you were working with reference photos or from sketches from real life ... either way there may not have been highlights there ... but that's what makes artwork fun ... we can do more things with it ...

Also (I'm new here so haven't seen all of your work) have you worked with colored pencils? If you haven't ... I think you would find that an interesting progression ... and certainly looks to me like you have the technique to do it successfully.
