Having Trouble Uploading

I'm trying to upload my photos from a horse expo but only get this:
Warning: getimagesize(): Read error! in /opt/web/wetcanvas/RefLib/image-inc.php on line 170

Warning: getimagesize(): Read error! in /opt/web/wetcanvas/RefLib/image-inc.php on line 343

Problem running JPEGTRAN:

"/usr/bin/jpegtran" -copy none /opt/web/wetcanvas/RefLib/data/20/43013Buckskin.jpg

Error Code: 1

I have uploaded photos here before and didnt have any trouble. I'm sure I am doing the same thing as last time. Just wondering if you could help, please.

im having the same problem.

Where the thumbnail usually shows when setting up descriptions etc, it has the empty box with red cross, but if i click on the box, my image comes up.
But they are not uploaded.

I get a similar error.

Thankfully every time ive tried it keeps note of the previous pictures i have attempted.

But, yes when will this be fixed?

Just wanted to let you know we are working on fixing this issue. I will post an update when everything is all set.

I believe I'm getting the same or similiar problem (on Sat night 06 May) that others got a day ago

here are the error messages:

(ps. I am having role reversal here and it is strange.....I've never been on the "customer side of the problem" witnessing "growing pain" symptoms i.e., once upon a time you had this nice user-friendly tool that worked wonderful and then because of rapid massive growth/demand, this sweet tool grew into a monsterous beast with a life of it's own and a temperment that balks at the tiniest tweaks ..i.e., i can relate. been there done that. but i have to tell you it is nice for once to be the customer (on this side of the problem) rather than on your side (i.e., the developer/programmer)). I feel for youse guys....(grin) but have to tell ya - we certainly appreciate your time and efforts !
i know it gets tiring to hear only the errors...so wanted to say thanks!

Hi all,

Please give it a try now. I think these issues are resolved now.

I wasn't able to test it with anyone's account who had previously uploaded images but not processed them yet but I think this should work now as well.

Uploading ok now, although I can bring up the pics, the thumbnails are not showig on some of them :)

Thanks. I uploaded my photos and everything worked perfectly. There was only one thumbnail that didn't show up, but I think it uploaded anyway. Thanks again. :D
