Hi there

I'm new to the wet canvas forum and I'm hoping, in desperation, that somebody out there will be able to find a print I lost and have been unable to find despite ceaseless searching.

The painting itself is very vivid and depicts a couple kissing. It's a watercolour and done using, I believe, a variegated wash technique. The most simliar style of image I could find was done by Marisa Bigongiari (copy of image should be attached)

I also believe the artist featured on the BBC Arena programme some years back.

Apologies for the vagueness of this description, but it's the best I could come with.

If any of this rings any bells with anyone out there, please let me know, I would be so so grateful.

Kind regards and thanks in advance

SUCCESS :)

By chance, I've managed to locate the painting I was looking for.

It's called "the kiss" by Graham Dean.

I'm at a loss as to why it didn't come up on previous google searches but, hey ho, success at last.

Attached is a thumbnail of the image for anyone who is interested and the artist's website which is http://www.grahamdean.com/postflash.htm

Personally, I think it's a fantastic and beautiful painting.
