I'm still up from last nite. I got a bug, and did one in a sitting; a rare event, as I have ones that have been going for weeks and even months. This is PSP 9 with the AM brush, the Chalk.

It's a Newsgroup, and best accessed by a special proggie, like Agent, but OE can do it to. Newgroups are what was first on the net, back when only scientists and Berkley nurds used it. It still exists, and is huge, and covers thousands of topics. Corel has many, psp about 3.

Hi Greg: I looked at this the other day but had to leave the computer.
I truly think you got that shadowed area down pat here. Teh only thing I would want to correct here is that graphic pixeling shape of the warm tan grey on her lip (assuming this is an effect of the digital tool's strokes being too enlarged here?) and I'd bring in some skin tones to break up the solidity of the brows. You don't need to draw individual hairs but dragging some skin in and amongst the shape will suggest more hair like structure of hairs comign otu of skin and not such a solid noodle shape. Then, what I do is quickly skim in some individual hairs in that fat part of the brow that is just before the part that comes toward the nose bridge.
Very beautiful work on those eyes!!!!! They look moist and real!!!!!
I suspect this painting looks better a bit of a smaller scale so that your strokes don't look so pixely graphic in shape? Guessing here as I am not familiar with PSP (sp?)

I have a question... doesn't your hand get kinked up from using the mouse so much? I've done a lot of graphic work using Paint Shop Pro and can be at it for hours and not realize it and then, my hand won't bend when I finally take it off my mouse. Is there some other way to control your digital tools instead of the mouse?

This is stunning work. I am very impressed.

JocelynI did this as a 4-5 hr, one sitting, marithon, and now she wants a project;-) We'll see. I like the noodle shape, as a classic line. I could/can always go back and do more lke smooth out the lips. As far as size, it's not blown up, but is actual size, I think, no, that's not right, it's shrunk for WC. Thanks.

I spent 5 min trying to implement Joss's plan. BTW, I cked the sizes, and this one is 48% of the full one., I'ts just that I did it large, for framing, ha, ha.
