Okay here is what I did for my 9 year old nephew's birthday. It's a first for me in many ways. As most of you know I don't do many graphites, nor do I do many faces. And heaven forbid I get up the nerve to share it here!!!!! :o This is the first graphite face I've been bugged into sharing. Thanks to those of you who keep encouraging me to do my best, even when I say I can't do it :) .

Approx. 6" x 6", HB mechanical pencil on bienfang bristol smooth.

Aaaaargghhh!! Noooo! Not Harry Potter! I can't get away from him! LOL!

This is great, though, Ivyleaf! You've really caught some kind of mysterious magic in his face! Nephew will love it!!

Great job Ivyleaf ... my daughter just saw the movie on the weekend and is really hooked on anything Harry Potter now!! She'll love this!! I love it too!!

Ohhhhhhhhh thanks ya'll so much :o :) . You have made my day for sure :) I don't know about more, but at least I'm a bit less intimidated by them now!!!!!!!
