9:30 AM 1/27/05 at O'Connors located at 7850 SW Capitol Hwy, Multnomah Village. Have coffee and or breakfast with us and then afterwards we will drive to Commonwealth Park.
The plan is to follow one another caravan style but if you miss the breakfast you are still invited to join us at the park. We should be there around 11:15-11:30 AM. The walk around the entire lake is under a mile, and our easels should be easily spotted.
Commonwealth Lake Park lies just south of U.S. 26, the Sunset Highway, between the Southwest Cedar Hills and Murray Boulevard exits. Drive south from the freeway on Cedar Hills Boulevard and take the first right-hand turn to the west. Follow Southwest Butner Road for a half-mile to a tiny parking lot at the north end of the lake. Other parking is available on neighborhood streets.
