Can't access the Image Library

I don't know if this is the place to post this or to whom I should be addressing this problem. So if I should contact someone, please let me know that.
I am a registered user. I have accessed the library in the past. However, it will not let me in this time. It says I have to register and to click on Register. When I do this it says that I am registered and have I forgotten my password. No, but it never asks for my password, it just recognizes me when I sign on to WC.
At the bottom of the page are the letters: FA. When I click on that is comes up:Fatal error: Call to undefined function: getpermissions() in /opt/web/wetcanvas/forums/html_archive/index.php on line 14
What is wrong? Can someone help me?

This seems to work fine for me. I would recommend visiting the homepage of WetCanvas!: http://www.wetcanvas.com, login with your WC! username and password, then enter the url: http://www.wetcanvas.com/RefLib/ and you should be automatically logged into the RIL.
