Does anyone know how to get art-agent to understand open edition prints?
I have tried putting n/a or open in the box. I have tried 0. That doesn't work either. It seems to need a number entered. But for an open edition print, entering a number is misrepresentation.
What should I do?
cheers

S - don't have an answer, but perhaps later in the week Kerri might have it. She's been whizzing those donations in!
And, I had a peak at your art-agent. :D

Thanks.
It's such a silly, frustrating thing but is probably going to determine whether I can use art-agent or not.

If it's not possible to change this, please just say so. I won't be offended.

Hi,
Sorry I missed this thread earlier. I am not sure about this question so I will take a look at this setup this weekend and let you know what I find.
Thanks,
Kerri

Ok, so for now, I got it so that it will accept zero as your answer when you set up or edit a piece and display as "Edition: 0" on Art-Agent.
For now, I think it would be best to just enter zero and then explain in your description that they are open edition prints.
I will work more on getting it to print "Edition: Open Edition" on Art-Agent when that value is set to zero but the way the code is set up it's not as easy as it should be. :)
Hope this helps.
