I sold three wqatercolor at ebay lately for Auction for America
charity fund for 9-11. This is my first sale to somebody I do not know.I am so happy that I have to tell

Hi! I'm not the OP, but ebay is an online auction site. You place your items up for auction and if people bid on it, it sells. http://www.ebay.com

Kjsspot This is my first painting I've listed. Definetly new at it. My id is Clee14 But only have one painting there. I have more on my website at Absolute arts.

And I'm still buried in the back of the pages. Do they ever get to the front page? LOL I was 17 out of 58 and I was thinking I got lucky with that one. How do they decide the position of the listings. With over 90,000 paintings Doesn't look like you have a big chance.

It rotates every day, every minute. It lists by times posted. The buyer can search by various means, ending first, ending last, newly listed... etc. You also have to make sure you have nice keywords in your description and you definately need to put a gallery picture.

thanks for all of you .
up to now, I sold more than 10 pieces of my best painting at ebay, but do not feel as excite as in the beginning.and I feel kind of missing those original paintings of mine. the buyer are happy and all enjoy my arts ( so far). I think this is the best reward much more than the money.
