Hi all,

We really have a blast doing our last collaborative work (http://www.wetcanvas.com/forums/showthread.php?t=236851). Now with popolar demand, I present you our second collaborative digital painting:

Alice in Wonderland

We will do a scene from 'Alice in Wonderland'. I'm sure there is enough ideas to trigger you creative juices :D

Rules and regulation:

1. Format = jpeg

2. Before start paiting, post a message first with your intention (to LOCK the painting), so that we will not have 2 person painting over the same picture. It will be hard to merge the results.

3. Once you post your result, the painting is UNLOCKED, so the next person can continue with their modification.

4. The image start from 500x600 pixels. Only resize the image if you have a very good reason to do so.

5. Let us know the scene/story you have in mind when you add something to the picture.

6. Anybody can join at any point of time, but make sure you LOCK and UNLOCK the picture first.

Anybody willing to start? I'll provide the white image first....:wink2::wink2:

She stretched herself up on tiptoe, and peeped over the edge of the mushroom, and her eyes immediately met those of a large caterpillar, that was sitting on the top with its arms folded, quietly smoking a long hookah, and taking not the smallest notice of her or of anything else.

The Caterpillar and Alice looked at each other for some time in silence: at last the Caterpillar took the hookah out of its mouth, and addressed her in a languid, sleepy voice.

"Who are YOU?" said the Caterpillar.

How do you lock it, I'll give the Catapillar a try. Or maybe the cat.

Well here it is with Catepiller. I still don't know how to lock the image so noonelse can use it. Played around in Expression again, but when I took it into PSP I made it a tube so I could scale it and then lowered the saturation and added a drop shadow.

Hi Kareen, look like you have alot of fun .... :) Nice work

Elvira, you don't really lock anything, you just need to post a message telling that you want to reserve the image, so that nobody accidentally work on the same image at the same time. Once you post back your result, someone else can pick it up and start working on it. Hope that explains....

Sorry for working without locking the picture first, here is my addition. Some refinement in the facial expression, hope it does not turn Alice into Britney....heheh :)

I am not all that happy with the way this turned out the tree branch just won't work for me. But here is the Chessy Cat anyway, Creating these Critters in Expression has been fun, I haven't worked much with vectors and doing these have has been a good experience.
