This is my first interpretation of the Sauron eye using my shadow technique. The marble is 1 5/16". I have not checked but there should be a light UV glow around the pupil. Do not look into the eye to long or...

this is #1 and it lasted for a total of 7 views acording to the counter. I really like the BIN thing!! :) I like this one but I still have a hazy image in my mind as to a look for the eye of Sauron. The UV glass I added to the marble did not pan out. Well off to the torch for try #2.

I read the LOR in 1971 and several times sence but I just got up enough nerve to watch the first movie... pretty darn good although I thought the orc's were a bit more hidious than in my imagination.

Discription;
...This is #2. Black pupil, yellow, orange with the Shadow part of the eye red. This eye is not fully awake. beware...

Man, that is cool to the point of being downright intimidating to those of us who've only been at this a year (well, 6 mo's, really. Kitchen remodel took glasswork out of the picture for a while). That's just amazing stuff.

Y'know, you could do a tutorial... :wink2:
