Hi,
Does anybody know any good internet site or any good place where I can get high resolution portrait photographs to create a pastel painting ?.
I am asking this especially because I want to take part in an pastel painting competition and submit my painting without violating any copyrights of the photographer.
How do you usually choose your subjects (photographs, not live subjects) ?
I have done many practise sketches with the photographs of movie stars from magazines and internet, but it seems at this art compitition I cannot draw from somebody else's photograph without the photographer's permission..
