I have been beavering away madly at 'work' things, hence no recent paintings, but Susan was able to drag me away for a couple of days winter break to Barcelona.

The 'unusual' buildings are the work of Antoni Gaudi (1852 - 1926). Also see text below for 'Hints' and speed advice etc.

For those that have not seen my previous "Roger Photo's" posts there are four of them so far

If you have a slow dial up the best way to see them is to click the first icon and then keep clicking the *NEXT* link at the top of each page and NOT to go back and see the icons.

Any member of WetCanvas is free to use my photos for a *SINGLE USE* in producing a single piece of work. (E.g. for a one off painting to sell.) In this case, an acknowledgement *IS* required, (e.g. put something on the back of the picture), AND in addition you need to notify me when you first realize that you may want to sell the work, (a WetCanvas PM will cover this requirement).

For multiple finished pieces (e.g. doing a painting and then printing a set of note-lets), please contact me, I am sure we can work something out.

Thanks for sharing Roger.
That fish-eye lens sure gives surrealistic images.

Well, Roger, I can just see you running around getting all these photos. These are really fantastic and some just downright weird. Many angles, colors and different ways of looking at things. You must have had such a great time. Good for Susan dragging you away from work. Looks like you had fun, thanks for sharing the wealth of photos.

Fabulous fabulous photos !!   I love the Gaudi photos - you and I were in the same places - many of my photos are so similar to yours... And you have many that I don't - I'll definitely bookmark this, I'm sure I'll be giving you credit on a few paintings in the near future....

Love 'em !!

Many thanks for all the positive responses. It is just so nice to know that people are actually looking at ones work. Now all I have to do is find some time to paint :) :)

Thanks for sharing your Barcelona pictures! You are making me miss Spain even more. Barcelona is one of my favorite cities.

Please let us know when you start painting Casa Mila/La Pedrera.
