Ah this one's lovely as is. The greens are wonderful - more defined in the distance as well. Keeps the eyes balanced. Very nice.

Tamana... I was afraid this one was going to be as bad as the other one, but I am glad to hear that it's an improvement.

The purple and green reflections in the water are super !

Agree with Cath! I like this one the best of your cypress tree paintings. Lots of feeling here. What I didn't realize that they could live with their roots in water! I thought they were desert trees!

Cath, I couldn't keep up either. I just pop in whenever I have free time.

Dana.. cypress trees love water. We planted a few in our yard down by the Bayou. They eventually develop knees and when the water goes down you can see them. The knees are like sculptures. Many people cut them and make all kinds of things out of them. It seems like that would kill the tree.
