GENERAL INFORMATION:
Title: Tucson Desert After Monsoon
Year Created: 2004
Medium: Oil
Surface: Canvas
Dimension: 24x36
Allow digital alterations?: Yes!

MY COMMENTS:
This is the reworked piece with a new title. The original title was Arizona Desert. This piece was created of the northern Tucson Mountains and desert landscape after a monsoon.
Some of the paint is still wet, so please forgive the shine. Plus - you can't really see it from the pictures but the rocks have the blue of the sky in them. As do the saguaro blossoms.

MY QUESTIONS FOR THE GROUP:
Please tell me what you think.

The simplicity of line and color appeals to me. This is striking. I like your dark background and the hint of blooms everywhere. Nancy in Florida (used to live in west Texas; brings back memories)

The depth added much more vibrancy. Like those orange shadows against that green.

Thank you all,

I think it turned out much better than the first go round. Again thanks for all the help before, I really appreciated it, and as you can see the piece turned out very well. I'm satisfied with this one.
