I am looking for an easy to use software package for keeping track of my paintings. Does anyone use one that they like?

Also, does anyone have any suggestions for a numbering system for paintings for inventory? I am currently producing a lot of work, and titles do not seem to be doing the trick, consequently I am not keeping good records of what I am creating.

Thanks!

Hi! Welcome to WetCanvas! :D

You'd be better off asking this question in the Art Business forum. I did a search in there and came up with this thread which may answer your question:

Sandra has it right - go see that thread. Good info on several types of programs.

Give the "Rick Lee" free download a go if you have Microsoft Access - which comes with the Microsoft Office package. It is a good program and easy to use.

Marsha & Sandra;

Thank you for the lead on Rick Lee. I am currently checking it out and it looks good! This will really help me get organized. I will let him know how it is working once I have inputted some data.
