A year ago I've started painting the flowers in PSP7.

Since then I ventured much farther, trying portraits and landscapes.

Yesterday I played with pastel brush and as the first one.. you guessed it: i painted a rose .

Happy painting to you.

Wow! what a beautiful rose! Very delicate! I like the loose brushstrokes you applied and the colors, it adds a lot of freshness to the subject!

Thank you all for looking and for all the kind comments.

Yako: I've used the brushes only, because I use program as a tool to learn to paint. Before I buy a real medium, I always try it out on the comp if I like it, or not. I am not painting on the single layers or am not using any effects either. I just paint as if it was on the paper or canvas, because I am not interested in graphics at all.

I am using PSP, before I used Microsoft paint, that came with the comp.

Sorry, if if I have not been any help to you.

Annie
