i can only help you w/ the bulb kayemme, just go to bulbs.com, and click on ask dr. bulb, he can help you find a 1 watt bulb, i checked earlier and they're pretty cheap, they also ship it to you too. I hope it helped :(

k...

One thing I know that does real well for rotation of an object or group of objects around a central one is the motor they use for baby mobiles. They come for about 6-11$ per kit ,and some have songs. I have taken them apart and unscrewed the plate with the serated metal plate that plays the music, so the thing turns without the tune. It is wind-up. Craft stores have them online and off.

Another place is Edmund Scientific. They carry all sorts of little motors. http://www.scientificsonline.com/Scientifics/

If you don't want to go mechanical or electric try fishing spinners. I make wind spinners and use them all the time.
