I've been lurking in this area recently because I've been trying to improve my drawing and really like pen & ink.
I'm shocked no one has responded to this. It's magnificent.
I think I remember some paintings with similar themes, but none impressed me like this. You clearly have a strong personal vision and the talent to realize it.

the way i see it is it takes half imagination and half technique to get the idea across. if one takes over the other the idea will get lost.

I've been creeping around this site for a few days now, and I think this is my favorite stuff. Real heavy with implications for me.
Often a piece will infer to it's creator's baggage, and not that this doesn't, but for me, it's all about my own ugliness.

The intricacy is appealing, but the overall feeling I get is very uncomfortable, like my vision of Armagedon in nightmares. :eek:
