Olika,Wyobud,Lise,Pam Thanks every-one,
Pam my background first I did have just lots ,heaps of leaves every where and of all light ,but I didn't like it also I did this at the bottom, once again I didn't like it,so I mixed a dark, I put alsorts of colors into a screwtop foodcontainer jar,I do this with all my colors, this way you dont waiste them, and take from there till I get the colour I want and add more from the tubes if needed. then I get my big brush size 12 Raphael I have (and wouldn't do without it $200-00 aus)and lift out but squeeze you brush after each time so that it soaks it up.and if there isnt a leaf there drop in more leaf color maybe 3 colors into it fairly strong play around on a scrap piece of water/col paper, but remember I had heaps of leaves before and didn't like it,so blotted them out,I want let a painting beat me,I keep going until I get it ,also remember that I use 640gsm arches ,you can jump and sandpaper it,chuck it in the bath, garden hose full blast on it http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/biggrin.gif http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/biggrin.gif http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/biggrin.gif if you wish,it can take a bit of beating about.Fay enjoy Pam http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/smile.gif

Fay - it is really nice. I like it a lot.

It reminds me of the paintings of a NZ artist Nancy Tichborne. She sells her books and videos and things at www.watercolours.co.nz (http://www.watercolours.co.nz)

Hi Fay, jealous of the heat there, yes! http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/smile.gif
Especially right now.
My proper name is Noleen, but when a little girl of special friends of ours called me Lulu becos she couldn't say Noleen the name stuck, and now that is what my grand-daughter calls me.
Have heard of a horse called Lulu too http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/biggrin.gif http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
