This is really unusual. I like the design and the colours. How did you get the colours watery and yet substantial enough on canvas?

Lulu, this is fab! :D Love the colors.

Thank you Char, JoAnn, Candie, Carol, Lyn, Gilberte and Pastel Moma - I appreciate very much you taking the time to look and comment.

Carol, it's a bit trial and error. I splosh the paint on and then spritz with enough water to make it run. Have to be careful not to make mud though!

The group seems to be increasing with each post......anyone for 9? ;)

I really like your bold use of color and your technique. This composition is very rhythmic, if I can use that word to discribe a painting. It keeps my eyes moving and keeps me in the painting long enough to really appreciate what you've done the seven, ahem, ladies.

When are you moving to Cambridge?

I gave up on that idea over winter.... I'll start looking again in a couple of months.

Just viewed your other painting and said that I must have missed the 'Six in the City'. Doh! There it was just further down. I like this one even better - girls night out for definite. :D
I also see 9 but I think the three extras aren't part of the 'in crowd'.
Let's just call them hangers on lol.
Brilliant - I can see a whole gallery of themed pieces like this.
