Very nice, Rod http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/smile.gif You are getting quite the bike series. Looks good! Funny thing.. your bikes look like our bikes up here. http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

Why do I make it so hard?

Rob, I went to your website. I like the step by step lesson with MV Clematis. If you publish your step by step lessons a book, I would love to purchase one. My eyes will kill me if I learn from CD Room ;-). I am not very good with watercolor yet. Holding the brushes are not as easing as holding pastels, pencils or charcoal. I need to learn more watercolor techniques.
May be I may fly to NZ to learn from you, if you teach :-)

Rod -this is beautiful! It's a kind of Yin-Yang!

This is excellent in aspect - the light/dark contrasts, the colors, but especially the perspective. I can't even imagine trying to draw the spokes. Very well done.

Super!! I like the way the tire has a lost edge into the road and the rust on the bike - the sunlite spokes into the shadow spokes - so much to look at!!

Excellent Rod, love the lighting effect you have achieved.
