I did this for my sis back in NY after her favourite pound hound went to the great playing fields in the sky.

It was a little rushed but tried to capture the little guys persona. Anyways felt like sharing as I'm building shelves vs painting..and am no cabinet maker.

The dog does look very bizarre - like he's tripping!

Now that's a painting with personality! Wonderful! Love the airiness of it and the flying balls and how he's in the dog version of Disneyland. Too fun! I think you probably captured his spirit. Your sisters gonna’ cry. (good cry) :D

This is simply delightful! Very brave and very wonderful choice to use that hot pink background with the oranges. A terrific spontaneous piece.

I bet the shelves are a hoot, too!

I love the vitality. I wouldn't have thought of hot pink but it adds to the crazy upbeat mood. I can imagine him flying around a room like that to play!

I'm usually not much on "pet' paintings, but this is ridiculously good. :D

I love the essence of this; doggie heaven -- more than enough balls to play with and freedom to roam without being old or in pain. Go puppy go.

Thanks for all your compliments on the little guy. He is very appreciative but is too busy chasing :cat: to thank you himself.

(What a dork! )

:wink2:

Isn't this a fun painting? You captured a great personality here. I love the bounce of the 'tripping' little fella.
