I have been on a studio button kick lately, when I do work...
One of the first lampwork items I had real success with was realistic buttons for collectors. I quite making them a few years ago but now that a new book came out with my work in it I have decided it is time to start making these fun buttons again. Check your library, the book is; 'antique & collectible Buttons' volume II by Debra J. Wisniewsk.

Here are a few;

The shank is glass for realistic studio buttons and copper wire for paperweight buttons.
And a few more.

Mike, feeling peachy, E

Lovely, I collected buttons for over 30 years, and recently sold all of them on Ebay, I know these will be a hit.
