Neat painting, lovely colours.
Would like to see some more separation between the two front flowers, they are both wanting attention . I feel one needs to be dulled so the other pops and becomes the focal point,

Absolutely lovely...but I do agree with Rod about separating the two front flowers a bit....maybe even just a shadow? Not sure that would work with what direction your light source appears to be..
Great color..and as usual..neat work! http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/smile.gif

Really lovely work! Your composition is excellent and your style really shows up in this painting. Loose brushstrokes..minimal detail...and strong color...a winning combination.

I like the way Larry Seiler says a painting makes music...some notes are stronger...some softer (well I'm just paraphrasing him!). In this you have the three flowers..the one in the back is softer, but the two in the front are making the same sound. Although color is one way to change the sound...change in size would be another way.

Just a thought for your next one!
