Hey everyone, here's the second painting! I'm also attaching a few close ups to show you some of the detail! Hopefully it won't look too blurry...when its changed to 72 it loses so much.

Hope you enjoy!

Wow. As always, excellent work!

Perhaps its my screen but I think it/he could use some highlights on his left shoulder. It looks like a black void on my screen.

Thanks alot, glad you liked it! As for the left side of his jacket, you are right...it looks too dark. Sad thing, I wasn't able to pick up the detail done in the darkest areas when scanning it in. Maybe I can take a nice digital picture of it before I mail it off...hopefully that will pick up more detail? I actually did quite a bit of work on that side of his coat, its not that dark at all...good eye!

Yeah, I figured that was probably the case. It can be difficult to pickup subtleties in scanns, particularly when posting to the web.

If I'm not mistaken...I think Jason had nearly a day's time in just the steaks alone! Been there and done that! hahaha...lots of work, heh kiddo!!! But, excellence is a taskmaster.

Ya done good!!!!! Very good...

To answer the question, "how long it took?"

I think somewhere between 45 and 50 hours. Not for sure.

I love this one! Very impressive work as always. Is this one watercolor or acrylics?
