It's an amalgamation of many reference library photos and stock photos with a little imagination at some parts. It's suprisingly fun to paint one head onto another body!

I like this--what support did you paint on (canvas, masonite, panel)???

This is excellent, Sketchee! You've done a great job on the composition. I love the cross between impressionistic and realistic styles; they work together very nicely to form a unified painting style. Keep up the good work,

This is great. There is a lot of movemtn between the two, not only in the playing of the instruments but also between each other, one closer one further back.
The composition is great

Wow, it's really great to hear how different people interpret my scene. Great thoughts everyone! I'm glad you all feel the composition works since I wasn't totally sure about it at times. :D
