 finally it's tomorrow, or today...friday anyway. I am still up and my alarm is set for 445am. argh. I love, dont get me wrong, I LOVE special orders, but my gf mixed the dates up, supposed to be end of Sept, but noooooooooo lady is going on cruise this weekend! She wanted a set of swarovski and 14Kgf necklace bracelet and anklet (size 14" can you say huge legs?) anyway, i dont have enough gold anything  I am putting the anklet together, but she wont get anything else  I should be in bed.

Okay enough whining for me. Kiln is cooling, one more firing in the morning (MOP) that will be done for when I get home friday night. :wink2:

you all have a most wonderful day! And come visit me at the Whole Bead Show!!

Good morning everybody!

Wow, it was good to wake up - I had the most yukky dreams, only part of them was interesting (did you know I'm the older sister of Elijah Wood? Well, *I* didn't! ;) )

Last night I was already in bed when I jumped up again with an idea for a necklace, and I nearly finished it after midnight, but I still have some hammering to do which I didn't dare at night! :D So, I'll do that in a mo and post a pic in the S&T.

Mary - good luck with the show! I wish I could come visiting!

Lynne - good luck at the hospital!

Donna - a belated Happy Birthday to Jon! Your story about your sister makes my hair stand on end - I keep my fingers crossed for you that you can live in peace from now on!

Everybody - have a nice and productive day!

Good morning Mary and Andee and all who find their way here today!

Mary.... while you wrote here "last night" sounds like you should be up already "today." How do you do it girl!!! Wish I could make it to the show :(
Andee..... we'd love to see the results of your midnight ideas!!!

I guess I'm getting up earlier since I'm actually sleeping at night!!!Yahoo!!! Found a homeopathic remedy that seems to be helping me!!!

The big weekend of family wedding is here... houseguests..... Wedding on Sat..... brunch at my home on Sunday for 30+ Guess I should get busy! I found a dress yesterday.. (ok.. a little late and not what I wanted!) but now wondering what jewelry.... so of course not one of the bazillion Lampwork beads I have match!!! Sigh..... life is still good! :D

Have a great weekend all,

Good Moring Mary and Andee and all that follow.

Mary - Its a rule - No matter how much of something you have it is either the wrong size or not enough. Bummer about not being able to completely finish the commision.

Andee - Looking forward to seeing your necklace. I wonder if Elijah Wood would make a good brother or would the whole family always have to focus completely on him? How was he in your dream?

Well yesterday I said I had to configure 2 laptops but I forgot that their was a third laptop to reconfigure so I did that one yesterday and I'm hoping to do the other 2 today. I only got interrupted about 3 times so that is a pretty easy day, may today be the same.

This Chinese Auction thing is a lot of fun but very time consuming. Some people don't check in very often so it is wait, wait, wait for some to post their gifts when their number is picked. I'm ready, why don't they pick my number? Pam is ready too and she is feeling the same way. We are picture sitting each other when one of us is going to be away.

I just got the new Step by Step Bead and an extra one for subscribing. There are some great polyclay instructions on new techniques in there this time as well as some other beautiful eye candy. I need to pour over it some more when I get home tonight. There are instructions for a bead woven bracelet cat laying down. The whole cat makes the bracelet and wraps around the wrist. I really like the design but the cat's face looks kind of mad. I think it needs a little extra work to improve the cat's features but it really appeals to me. Think how cute black ones would be for Halloween.

I've got some more threads to read and then I have to start on those laptops.

Edited to add: Hi Lois, you sneaked in while I was posting. :D

Have a fun and productive day.

Hi all! Iím back from the hospital in one piece! One of many visits, Iím afraid. But they are very nice and put me at my ease!
Mary, good luck with your special order. Andee, I had nasty dreams too last night. About my appt this morning that I was worried about.Your midnight set is lovely! I was glad to wake up too! Lois, your weekend sounds busy and fun!

Hi everyone!

Lynne I'm glad you are home and back on WC :)

Lois, why is it we feel we need to get a new dress/outfit for every special occasion? I must have 20 "special occassion" dresses in my closet that I've only worn once and poured so much time into finding the right accessories for each. Of course some are so not my style any more, and many more of them don't fit... but still, we should be able to find one perfect dress that we can dress one way with accessories and another with different accessories. I'm going to think about this for awhile... and maybe clean out my closet too!

Have fun in KY Nancy - can't wait to see what goodies the two of you come up with THIS TIME!

Mary you make me feel so lazy and sluggish - hope you get everything you want to done and have a great show! Wish I could go :)

Barbara, you are so right, this CA thing is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww I'm about to go out of my mind. Oh wait, some say that's already happened ;) Can you picture sit for me Saturday afternoon btw? I'm going to that bead luau at Pegs! So excited but I have not finished all my "assigments" yet. Have to get cacking - back to that feeling lazy thing - darn.

Andee - I'm off to check out your midnight madness piece! And dreams - I've been having so many the past few nights I'm sick of them. The other night I dreamed I drove right off the end of the road into a river and I rescued my kid out of his car seat and we escaped out the sunroof and I swam with him to the other shore - not the near shore mind you. And I'm not a wonderful swimmer either - unless I have my scuba flippers on - which I did not. Maybe the dream was telling me I need to learn to swim better....hmmmnn... or watch the road?

Ok, talk to you all soon :)

Hi again!

Gee, there are days and weeks I don't post on the daily Wear It's, and now I post two times in a day? ;)

I'm not in the best mood. Had a wee torch sessing but this "rebound-torch" really is driving me nuts, it's impossible to find THE spot for stringer work, you can't even see the flame... And then I got another rejection-letter to one of my applications, this is truly macking me sick! :P

Lynne - I'm glad your hospital appointment went more or less well. Good luck with the next ones, too!

Barbara - in my dream Elijah was quite nice (no surprise with a sister like me! ;) ) , but obsessively neat (no surprise with a sister like me! :D) Yeah, I guess it must be difficult to have an "overshadowing" sibling...

Pam - back! It can never hurt to check where you're driving ;) , I hope your dream will never come true!

I'll go now and drown my sorrow with a nice creamy piece of cheesecake!

Hello creative friends!

After I put the boys on the bus this morning, I went back to bed and slept like a baby! I just woke up!

I feel like a new woman. :D

Mary..... 14 inch anklet.... holy moly! Sigh, custom orders are great, but there is always something about them that will drive you a little batty I think! I hope for you it is all worth it when she sees your wonderful pieces you made and she gets a big smile on her face and says how talented and wonderful you are! (At least I hope that this is the kind of grateful customer she is! LOL! Good luck)

(Thanks everyone for kind words to me regarding that recent horrible situation I was in. Also anyone who simply read and sent out a postive thought for me! )

I wasn't sure if you would be online but I've been thinking about you. Glad you're back. One thing about your mother's email. What probably happened is that your sister either found or guessed your mother's password which then gave her and her friends access to your mother's email account. From that they could make it look like they had hacked your computer to some extent by guessing things from things you said in emails. I hope the worst is over for you concerning the mess.

Lots of hugs,

Barbara, it is what happened. My mom's hotmail password was not hard to guess.

Well, it would have been hard for me to guess, but I suppose for someone determined to figure it out, it was not.

Well, happy Friday night everyone.

I made barbequed pork chops in the oven and they were GOOD!

Tomorrow.... oh do I have a full day ahead. Zach sees a specialist in the morning for his enlarged lymph nodes, then I should be back by noon from that. Then, we are all expected to be at two separate picnics! I am not sure how we are going to pull that off! Oh well, at least we will probably end up being fed! :D

My beading table is still not organized..... next week for sure.... or maybe Sunday as there is a chance I will get some alone time when Brian and boys go to his mom's....

I miss making jewelry! Soon! Soon!

Thank goodness you are all here posting pics everyday... It really keeps me inspired! :D I have bought a few new lampwork beads and a few things I have wanted for ages from Connie Fox. So you just know I will be creating soon!!!!!
