My first attempt at a Moon.

I was trying to be creative here. I don't know if I like this though. That one bead looks really out of place, it doesn't look like that in person,. I think that the light reflected funny.

Dear Corri,
I like your moon bead. I like the extra beadwork on the bracelet. Here are a few of mine: Moretti and dichroic glass ... Marna

Nice beadies tonight...

Today, my new camera came via UPS... so happy with the major improvement. Heres a little fish I made a couple nites ago...Taken with the new camera. An olympus D395. Not the best camera, but better than the one I had.
The fishie is a hollow.

Corri, I like your moon bead! It looks like the moon over an ocean with a whitecap wave. Nice!

What cool beads! The florals on the wild background is just stunning!

Here are two new mega pillows, the pink is bullseye with Val's frits and the other is Moretti with a line of ivory.

Just so many great beads here, I had to comment!

Corri- Great job on the moon! I love the bracelet - what color is the "funky looking" bead really?
Marna- Just absolutely gorgeous beads (as always!). I have dichro envy because I only succeed in burning it up!
Donni- What a stunning floral! I am just in love with it! How in the world did you make the little "vortexes" in the base part of the bead???? What a neat effect!
Katie- what a cute fishie! I don't think I could make anything like that out of a hollow!
Gigi- Cute pink & purples! I think the combination of colors is great for the Barbie look ( we have quite a few barbies laying around here).
Maria - your pillows are beautiful! I especially love the 2 blues with the ivory twist - it just looks so perfect!
Fay-you always make such beautiful roses!
Brat- those sheep are just so adorable! Great job! They look like they're a lot of work...are they? How long does it take to make one?
Aimee- you just always choose the most beautiful colors for your florals! I make a lot of florals and am barely ever happy with the colors I choose. Yours just seem to glow! And the silver/black/edp set.... just wonderful! I am in love with those colors although I don't think I've seen edp turn almost like opal yellow (that's what it looked like in the pic to me). Is that the silver's doing?

Take care everyone,
Kristen :)

Fay your rose is awesome!!!

Kristen, the silver makes the EDP do wonderful things. Yes, it does look a bit like opal yellow - with more purples and blues and greens! Thanks for the compliments.

Kristen :)

They take me about 20 to 30 minites depending on the size. I LOVE making them! I made a Nuclear green one to day! :D

I am glad you guys like em!
