"Art on the Lake V"

Hi, everyone. I just wanted to let anyone who's interested know that on Aug. 21 and 22 there is a fine art festival taking place at Big Bear Lake in the San Bernardino National Forest of southern California. It's really a beautiful setting and there are some 62 artists scheduled to take part (including myself). I hope to see some of you there. I didn't get to visit or participate in Art on the Lake this year. I participated in the Art on the Lake IV, last year's though. Where you there at last year's event?

No, I didn't participate last year. But, only because I wasn't aware of it until about three months ago. I had a great time this year, though. And I have every intention of participating again next year. I manged to sell enough paintings to cover my expenses for the weekend and then some! Also, I met some very nice people and some very talented artists. One in particular, Mike Bauch, is a plein air painter like myself. He is a Big Bear resident, a wonderful painter, and a heck of a nice guy. Maybe I'll meet YOU there next time. Be well.
