Thought i'd cross post this as the more I looked at the orig post, the more it seemed more appropriate here. this was from a reference pic by Willie Pagody. He has some blatantly biblical themes in his art. I'm not sure if he meant this one to be one, but i see it as such.
another person asked if this was Gods hand lifting someone up what and I said that perhaps He is at times lifting me up to heights i'd never reach without him, and holds me back from that I shouldnt!

This appears to me to be someone that has been swept up for a suffering death on one hand. On the other it seems like the figure is being crushed. I'm at a loss of what to think really. Cound you give a bit of background on this piece?

as I said, this is my rendition of a Willie Pagody drawing. the book gave no background. however my own interpretation is as i posted. I see it as either God lifting me up to untold heights or pulling me down from something I shouldnt be doing. but thats just me.
