Intersting shot, I can't figure out what the colorful foreground object is. Some kind of totem? Eeps is your camera ok? I see water on the lens. The water looks a little blown out, have you tried metering off the rocks instead of the water?

Thank you Gateboy for the input. The foreground is just rocks, water and people. The image was taken with a digital camera and was equalized before submitting.
