I'm having some prints made to sell at a local street fair, and I'm wondering whether or not I should have a copyright symbol & my name printed somewhere on them in addition to hand signing & numbering.

This will be my first actual physical print stock. Thus far I've gone with a kind of print-on-demand concept, not having the funds to have them printed before they are ordered, so I don't have any experience in this area thus far to draw upon. Any suggestions on this will be very much appreciated.

On my digital prints I put a grayed-out copyright notice in VERY SMALL print along the right or left edge of the image... and I only do that as a way to differentiate the prints from the original.

It's up to you... if you want the notice, you could print the notice along the edge of the image, or possibly along the edge of the print itself.

One thing though, make sure you use the official copyright symbol, your name, AND the year -- otherwise the format won't be correct and it's not any better than having no notice at all.
