I used to admire a Japanese guy doing work like this with a brushes. I thought the softness and red cast was your file not the painting, so have to hope you don't mind my retouch.

You might want to do a search or ask this question on the oils forum. A couple of suggestions:

1. Paint thinly.

2. Learn about pigments and choose those that dry quickly.

3. Use siccatives (metalic salts that cause drying oils to oxidize more quickly). These should be used in very small amounts to prevent later cracking. I prefer lead napthanate, but others would suggest cobalt or other dryers.

4. Avoid paints ground in walnut, poppyseed, or any oil except linseed.

5. Accept that slow drying is a characteristic of oil paint. Work on several paintings at a time.
