I like the textures in the underground
is that the acrylic, and the rest pastel?

a trilogy of trilogies?
i like the colors in the bannisters (i think they are)
the division of the canvas, the division of the face
a real transformation for you
looks very good to my eyes

The ridges are from gesso brushmarks. Then about 3 layers of acrylic with a little oil pastel here and there on top. Just having fun! :D
I like it very much!!

I like your idea of fun! :)

the struggle for the right touch is won on the left upper section and given up in peace in other areas.
the bright colors and sense of fun redeem.

the left colors are rich complete strong
the right seems to need more strength in something

This is a big wow...
really love it...
broad and bold in composition and color...as usual...
but love the added detail you added here!
I think the composition is stronger the way you cropped it on the first pic. balances better to my eye. I like the repetition of the upper right corner (plant form), in the shirt. and the window just touching her shoulder.
Nice contour continuation in the piece as a whole.

Cap! It's been way too long! Where have you been?
Jerry I think I know what you mean. You are scary at times with these insights! ;)
Dornberg I agree.
Amy I also prefer the crop.
Jeanette, Impulse, Helen & Ginia Thanks for the encouragement!
