First of all thanks so much for the info on how to upload and image Aurora, and it was a big help. Thanks also JerryW.
I now have my image uploaded and hope I can get it on the message board to get all of your valued opinions. Horses are my passion and they keep me so very positive, This is my own horse, Angel, do let me know what ya all think, much appreciated.

Welcome to WC.
She looks like an Angel.
I love the pinkish yellow you used. It Glows.
I love horses too, so I know how you feel.

If I would make one critical remark ( I hope you don't mind)
The only thing that bothers me anatomically is the rear upper left part seems to up a bit too hight. That hind leg is reaching under the body, so I think that area would be flatter.
What you do think. Maybe I'm just seeing things it's getting late you know :)

What is the medium?

I like the soft brightness against the dark warm green.
the anatomy is clear enough though correctness may be an issue with some (I don't see why; we do have cameras you know).
the connection with the edges is good.
nice to see this.

I like the perspective. The colors glow softly, if that makes sense.
She looks so gentle. I can tell you love her. I've painted horses.
The legs drive me nuts. So many angles. Her front, right leg looks
a little off to the left from the knee down. I may be wrong. How do you feel about it? I really like the grass. The pic looks like a bright light in the night. ( I think that last comment came from my own childhood and my own beloved horse)

Had to stop by once more to see angels sweet face and soft eyes.
I also love the tilt of the head. You know horses, to know that playful toss
