Jerry...it was rather primitive....*SMILE* I prefer not having to check the bedding for scorpions and other creepy crawlies. But you could not ask for a more paint inspiring habitat.

I agree with Ginia.

I always love they way you put colors together Especially in the southwestern ones. They are Hot!

bold colors nicely complementary
and well balanced so as not cross over
nice composition with a simplicity
appropriate to the subject
a beautiful painting
one of your better ones

only one suggestion: i think the lighter thin
strip of blue between the desert floor and
the house and just in front of the left corner
make the house float a bit

beautiful colors fagan. i love the blues in the shadows and the purple highlights on the cactus. also the dynamic perspective works really well. if only indiana looked like this eh?
